Kingston House is the venue for all sessions in Kerikeri except farm visits. It is located at 123 Hone Heke Road, which is about 10 minutes walk towards the coast from the town centre.

Travel information for those from outside Northland

  1. You are a Friday visitor to either farm: Arrange your own transport to venue. Most suitable airports: Auckland or Whangarei
  2. You are a Friday visitor to Mamaki Farm. As above or fly to Whangarei, ask for airport pick-up and then car sharing later to Kerikeri (if extra vehicles need to be hired there will be an additional cost) . Airport pickups are available at Whangarei only and no later than 11am.
  3. You are attending in Kerikeri only: Arrange your own transport to the venue. e.g. Fly to Auckland or Whangarei and go onward by road. Or fly to Kerikeri airport. Supershuttle $12 approx. (less if shared).
  4. You are going on Sunday farm visit: Own transport or car pooling. Please indicate on the registration page if you need transport or can offer it. We will co-ordinate offers and requests on the day. At this stage we just need the numbers to know if there are enough offers.

If you are travelling within Northland parts of the above will still be relevant to you.

Hardship fund

There’s a small hardship fund, and additional contributions are welcome. If seeking assistance please write to the Secretary, Biodynamic Association (email not accepted) explaining why you want to attend the conference and why you can’t pay the full price. The fund will not pay for optional meals (either directly or indirectly), only those included in in the minimum conference fees. Applications must be received by Friday 1st May.
